Amy Paikowski

Amy is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Northwoods Team. She started in real estate in 2014 and purchased the Century 21 franchise in 2018. In addition to her Brokers license Amy's accomplishments include: Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Pinnacle Quality Serve Award Recipient 5 years running. The Pinnacle Quality Service Award is given to agents within Century 21 for attaining a 90% or greater Customer Service Survey Response for 2 years in a row. Prior to Century 21, Amy spent over 30 years working in the environmental field for fortune 50 companies in sales covering up to 13 states. Amy is originally from Port Washington Wisconsin where she met her husband on a blind date, married, and raised their two children Brandon and Nathan. Amy and Mike are blessed with a daughter-in-law Staci and two grandchildren, Noah and Addison. Mike and Amy moved to their lake home on Post Lake in 2006 and have been exploring and enjoying the Northwoods of Wisconsin ever since. Amy keeps quite busy serving on the Post Lake Improvement Association Board as Vice President, as a board member for the Forest County Chamber of Commerce, and a liaison to Holy Family Parish Council. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the water, being with family and friends, golfing, camping, ATVing, and cross-country skiing. Amy serves Forest, Langlade, Oneida, and surrounding counties and is experienced in all types of real estate.
